What You Get From Our Staging Assessment:

We start from the exterior and go through every room with you and/or your realtor.  You follow along with pen in hand. "We talk, you write."  

We answer ANY questions. Typical consults include the following:
  • room by room recommendations for each space - we will tell you how to best enhance each individual room.
  • we will point out any repairs or imperfections that need to be addressed 
  • a list of your top priorities
  • we will pick colors
  • a full staging tips list
  • if requested we can give you an estimate for us to do the staging; we can also recommend painters, cleaners, packers, or handymen on request
